Data processed and purposes

This website does not collect personal data through contact forms, restricted areas, or registration tools.

The only processing of personal data occurs through technical access logs generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure. These logs may include:

  • IP address of the visitor's device
  • Browser and operating system used
  • URLs of pages visited
  • Date and time of the request
  • HTTP response code and size of data transferred

This data is processed exclusively to ensure the correct functioning of the site, the security of the infrastructure, and the diagnosis of technical problems. It is not used for profiling or marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of technical browsing data is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, consisting of the need to keep the website's technical infrastructure operational and secure.

Data Processor (Hosting)

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company based in the United States (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), acting as an external data processor pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR.

Netlify processes the technical logs described in the previous section as part of providing its hosting and content delivery service. For more details, please refer to Netlify's Privacy Policy .

Transfer of data outside the EU

Netlify, Inc. is a company based in the United States. The transfer of personal data to that country complies with the GDPR as it is carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, which provide adequate safeguards for the protection of the personal data of data subjects.

Data retention

Technical access logs are retained for as long as necessary for the operational and security purposes described above, in accordance with the hosting provider's (Netlify) retention policy, and for any period required by legal obligations.

Rights of data subjects

Pursuant to Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, every data subject has the right to:

  • Access their personal data (Art. 15)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Portability of data (Art. 20)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21)
